Kirstie joined Key Recruitment in 1995 as a trainee consultant within the print industry. Hard work rewarded her and she soon progressed to becoming Divisional Manager and then in 2002 was promoted to Sales Director.
Having built the company up from 4 to the present team of over 35, Kirstie, has over 15 years experience and is a very well-known figure in the print industry, reputed for having gravitas. Her passion for the industry is unrivalled, many love her honesty & frankness and others describe her as bold and forthright!
Kirstie is very proud of the team she has built at Key. Supporting her colleagues both at work and in their personal lives has been her recipe for success over the years. The longevity of Key’s employees testifies to the caring and supportive family environment she creates. Kirstie has recently expanded her family by becoming a mum to Lola-Rae – her best and most cherished achievement in life.
