They’re looking for an experienced senior B1 Account Manager who can also produce estimates – ideally using Tharstern.
Provide excellent service to all customers
Full end to end ownership of specified clients developing long-term relationships.
80% account managing and managing a small team, 20% estimating
Liaise with sales, production and 3rd part suppliers to ensure work delivered to the desired standards and on time.
Look for growth opportunities within accounts and inform the sales team.
Produce estimates when required in a timely fashion
Visits to customer sites as required.
Carry out appropriate administration.
Deal with any customer complaints in a professional and constructive manner.
Skills & Experience:
Ideally 3 years in a similar role within a B1 Printer
At least 1 year using Tharstern but consideration given to candidates using other MIS.
Client focus – will go the extra mile for customers.
Professional, friendly approach
Good I.T. skills : MS Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
