Customer Service Manager – Food Packaging – West Midlands – £45k – £55k Basic (DOE) + Bonus + Pension + Health **Relocation Package**

A world leader in the manufacture of food packaging, they produce a wide array of high-quality products for major global retail and pharmaceutical outlets.
Deliver “best-in-class” customer service.
Lead and coach the internal sales team, supporting on bids and tenders.
Ensure effective communication with the production team, with particular attention to quality
Work with the sales and commercial teams to ensure company targets are met.
Be the primary lead for the pricing structure.
Develop or devise best practice processes for the customer service team.
Monitor customer commercial activity and work with the sales team to devise future strategy.
Skills & Traits:
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience be from a similar role within the food packaging sector.
Very strong client focus.
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership and coaching expertise, with a collaborative style.
