Customer Services Administrator (KE2063)

Salary:

Up to £27k

Location:

South West

Location: Bristol

 

The Role:

  • Customer contact to resolve customer issues within the Customer Service Group environment.
  • Responsible for processing customer orders in line with quotations, through to
  • final invoicing
  • Responsible for acknowledging and updating customers on their orders in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Provide information regarding supply and availability of spare parts.
  • Liaise both verbally and written with customers to ensure successful completion of orders
  • Responsible for processing customer quotation requests.
  • Responsible for co-ordinating shipments for all spare’s orders, including special document’s required.
  • Responsible for obtaining competitive quotes for shipping requests.
  • Responsible for Warranty process, to ensure all defective parts are returned.
  • To contribute and implement improvements on new procedures and working practices in order to achieve “best working practice”.
  • To work in coordination with internal departments
  • Work to company processes and procedures.
  • Perform general office administration tasks relative to Spares and Shipping Department.
