The Role:
•Dealing with field product enquires from Smart Partners; this will be to establish field faults, hardware faults or software bugs.
•Compilation of product validation and documentation to ensure that the product has been fully tested.
•Assist Group Development Department in development of the Seachange product, and the proposed new product, along with peripherals.
•Support. Promote and develop the Smart Partners on the Seachange product and new product.
•Test the product configuration operation prior to release to market of all products.
•Support the assembly team on hardware issues.
•Compilation of control system test documentation re: Software Benchmark Test Documentation, FAT, SAT and Integrated System Test Documentation.
•Software Development, code and control strategy development, graphics development, software programming.
•The maintenance and upkeep of the SharePoint intranet site to offer issue tracker updates, revision history and product datasheets.
•Project Engineering Design within a quality controlled environment
Requirements:
•You should hold a minimum of electrical qualifications (HNC or equivalent)
•Minimum two years project experience.
•Experience of Building Management Systems and MCC Control System Design essential
•Experience with BEMS Systems is essential
•BMS experience with Seachange and 3rd party interface a distinct advantage
•Experience with CHP Control Integrated Systems a distinct advantage.
