The Role:
Client Services Executive with strong print technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, good attention to detail, confident but personable with strong communication skills.
Requirements:
- Ensuring jobs are processed and managed in line with company procedures
- Estimating detailed print jobs
- Ideally you will be conversant with Tharstern MIS or similar MIS software
- Ensuring all jobs are managed within the agreed timescales
- Daily order processing and job tracking
- Support the sales team by identifying leads and opportunities, new buyers, cross selling, upselling & account development
- Knowledge of digital print and use of an MIS for processing orders is essential
- Knowledge of different print finishes
